Dragon Hybrid Boss — Complete Guide

The Dragon Hybrid Boss is a new super boss added in the July 11, 2026 update. It spawns in Land of the Gods (Third Sea) and drops the Dragon Heart at a 100% guaranteed rate. The Heart is required for Dragon Claw V2 and Dragon Hybrid Awakening.

Requirements

• Level 4,200+ to access Third Sea (via Gatekeeper in Flower Capital)

• Dragon Fruit equipped with 300 Mastery

• Dragon Claw V1 (if going for V2)

• Dragon Heart ×1 per Claw V2 or Hybrid skill (plan for 5–6 total: 4–5 Hybrid skills including flight + 1 Claw V2)

• Dragon Trumpet to summon the boss

How to Summon

1. Travel to Land of the Gods in Third Sea 2. Obtain a Dragon Trumpet through one of two methods: - NPC kills: Kill 1,000 NPCs in Land of the Gods — a HUD counter tracks your progress. The castle area has denser NPC spawns than the Cauldron area. After 1,000 kills, return to the Cauldron (directly in front of the Land of Gods spawn point) to claim your Trumpet

• Chest: A Trumpet spawns in a random chest every 4 hours — search the island to find it - Tip: If you are grinding NPCs when the 4-hour chest spawn timer hits, you can get a second Trumpet from the chest while keeping your kill progress 3. Using the Trumpet triggers a confirmation prompt — “Horn echoes once and never again. Are you certain?” — accept to summon the Dragon Hybrid Boss

Dragon Claw V2

Once you have a Dragon Heart, take it to the Sage of Combat NPC in Land of the Gods to evolve Dragon Claw from V1 to V2. Dragon Claw V1 Moves:

V2 moves are similar to V1 but with enhanced damage, range, and visual effects.

Dragon Hybrid Awakening

Dragon Hybrid form is unlocked through the Poneglyph NPC. Each skill requires 1 Dragon Heart to awaken — interact with the Poneglyph once per Heart:

Hybrid form combines Dragon’s ranged destruction with enhanced melee attacks. Several skills have hold-to-charge mechanics. The M1 basic attacks have extremely long range — a major advantage in PvP.

Tips

• VIP Server highly recommended: Grinding 1,000 NPCs on a public server means competing for spawns — a VIP server lets you farm uninterrupted and potentially get 2 Trumpets per 4-hour cycle (chest + kills) - Castle area has the densest NPC spawns — farm there for faster kills - Plan for 5–6 Dragon Hearts total: 4–5 Hybrid skills (including flight) + 1 for Claw V2 - The 100% drop rate means every summon guarantees progress — no wasted Trumpets
