Haze Seas is an independent fan resource. Our goal is to make game information easier to check, not to present rumors as official announcements. This page explains where our data comes from, how we label uncertainty, and how to report a correction.
Primary sources we prioritize
- The official Haze Seas Roblox game page for game identity, public updates, and official links.
- The Haze Seas Discord community for developer announcements, code releases, and update notes when they are publicly available.
- The Haze Seas official Trello board for documented systems, item data, and progression details.
When a first-party source and a community report disagree, we retain the first-party source where possible and update the relevant page once the discrepancy is resolved. A first-party link does not mean every historical value on that source is permanently current; live-service games change.
How we handle codes and update-sensitive facts
Code entries identify their source and show a last-checked date when that information is available. A code can expire without notice, so a listed code is not a guarantee of redemption. We move codes out of the active list when we can confirm they no longer work, and we avoid describing an unverified community report as an official release.
For item drops, costs, moves, locations, and update notes, we use the most specific available source and keep wording narrow when a statistic is incomplete. Pages may say “needs check,” “reported,” or “not confirmed” rather than fill gaps with an estimate. If you have a better source, please send it with the page URL through the Contact page.
Tier lists, guides, and calculators
Tier lists are editorial summaries intended to help players compare options. They are not official rankings, and they can change after a balance patch. Guides combine documented game facts with practical organization and explanation; where an instruction depends on a patch, boss rotation, or player build, the page should identify that limitation instead of implying it is universal.
Trade values and calculator outputs are estimates, not in-game currency or guaranteed offers. The tools show whether a value comes from a community market sample or from a wiki baseline. Actual trades depend on demand, availability, and the players involved. Do not treat a calculator result as financial advice or as an official game valuation.
Editorial standards
- We write original explanations and comparisons rather than republishing another site's article.
- We link to related pages so readers can inspect the underlying data and context.
- We correct material errors when a reliable source is provided.
- We do not claim affiliation with Roblox Corporation, Haze Seas, or its developers.
- Game names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
